Service Description
This treatment utilises a variety of massage techniques to aid in relaxation and restore ease of movement. Using a firmer pressure, this treatment helps to enhance blood circulation, reduce muscle tension, address areas of muscle tension ('knots'), otherwise referred to as trigger points. The treatment is designed to alleviate aches and pains, and assist in recovery from injury, whilst promoting a sense of calm and relaxation. This 90 minute massage treatment allows for extra attention to be applied to especially tight, sore or 'niggly' muscles groups or regions, such as the neck / shoulders.
